- Address repair and maintenance requests
- Submit and retain important request forms
- Data usable for tax purposes
- Phase 1 is implemented and would be presented: Creating and reading of properties, landlords and tenants data

Next Phase of Project Development
- Update and delete properties, landlords and tenants data
- Direct communication between users
- Download and store relevant documents such as invoices, receipts, agreement forms and other forms
- Create requests such as repairs and end-of-tenancy
- Users would be able to rate each other
- Users can rate a property
- Create landlords and tenants community
- Add a Direct handyman Services App
